Tech Made Simple was created to give older adults and families a calm, trustworthy option for getting tech help at home — from someone who genuinely enjoys taking the time to teach.
Why this business exists
After helping grandparents, neighbors, and family friends with everything from “no signal” TVs to forgotten passwords, it became clear that many people needed patient tech help that didn’t feel rushed or judgmental.
Tech Made Simple grew out of that idea: a student using their love for technology to serve the community, especially older adults who deserve respect and clear explanations.
What we care about

- 🌳 Community. We serve Burr Ridge, Lisle, Darien, Downers Grove, Oak Brook, Hinsdale, Willow Springs and nearby suburbs and are proud to be local.
Where we help
Tech Made Simple is based in the western suburbs and focuses on nearby neighborhoods so we can respond quickly and keep things personal.
We regularly visit:
Burr Ridge, Willowbrook, Darien, Downers Grove, Lisle, Oak Brook, Hinsdale, Willow Springs, Westmont, Clarendon Hills after 3:15 PM
Weekends: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
School comes first — but that also means you’re getting a helper who is actively learning, up to date with modern technology, and genuinely enjoys solving tech problems.
